We, of course, will name and compare the new figures in the specifications last year’s generations, S23, but this year Samsung devoted most of its presentations and stories about innovations to Artificial Intelligence. They say that it radically influenced the model of user behavior. We wouldn’t say.

 

Artificial intelligence is still a vast and unexplored area of knowledge. Too broad to allow one to clearly say that “we integrated AI, it changed the user experience, it fundamentally changed the way this and that work in this way.” Shih services are now just a testing ground for developers who are looking for ways to use it. He is everywhere and nowhere. Without it, these smartphones are just another minor update to the flagship line. And with AI, the same minor update, but interspersed with additional contextual functions in messengers, browser and camera.

 

 

Samsung’s proprietary SHI allows you to not only translate messages and text on web pages on the fly, but also during voice conversations and calls. At the time of release, 13 languages are supported, including Ukrainian. Nightingale should be added this summer for most functions except real-time translation. But no one in the Ukrainian office has accurate data.

 

 

The photo editor now has more post-processing tools that use AI:Declaring better work on filling the background when cutting out an object and when deleting it. We can’t say that older versions of Photo Editor were far behind what the program can do now.

 

Summarizing texts, creating notes based on text – no significant difference is visible. Not to mention the translation function into other languages. It takes more time to compare the results of the same tasks/queries.

 

Overall, Samsung’s new AI tools include features like Chat Assist, which can translate languages in real time or correct tone in texts and emails, Suggested Edits on Photos, which can automatically correct shadows and displays, and Circle to Search. which works alongside Google Search and combines traditional text queries with visual search, similar to Google Lens.

 

We do know that Samsung will bring at least some of these tools to last year’s premium phones and tablets.

 

Why is there so much skepticism about AI in the new Galaxy?

 

Samsung is, without exaggeration, one of the most important companies in the technology industry. It guides the market, influences user preferences, creates, corrects hype, or draws attention to important things.
