What kind of changes do you think the General Staff will need today?
Over time, low structural units have been brought into conformity with the structure adopted by NATO headquarters. Now we are faced with the task of completing the structural reorganization of the General Staff.
By the end of the day, the complete transfer of both the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the J-structure and the military directorate of the operational line to the J (G, A, N)-structure will be completed by the end of 2020.
Currently, proposals are being prepared to introduce changes to regulatory legal acts in order to ensure the introduction in 2020 of the near future of the Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other bodies in yskovy management of capacities at warehouse J (G, A , N)-structures.
Also, by the end of 2019, it is planned to complete the formation of new commands (Military Communications and Cyber Security Command, Support Forces Command), which will allow the General Staff to reduce non-powerful functions. It is planned to introduce a new, updated, organizational and staffing structure of the Joint Operational Headquarters and continue its further transformation into the Command of the Joint Forces (throughout 2020).
An important aspect is the continuation of automation of the processes of operational (combat) management and administrative activities. The immediate priorities are:
- automation of maintenance processes and management;
- aircraft and air defense management;
- automation of special warehouse and personnel management;
- control of missile forces and artillery;
- management of military intelligence activities;
- logistics management;
- defense resource management.
As part of the modernization of control systems, the main attention is paid to the power generation function and the stagnation function.

At this time, the generation function has already been entrusted to the command of the species and branches of the military (forces) and, in some cases, to the General Staff.

At the same time, obviously, until the current legislation, the General Staff retains the function of strategic management of the defense forces in the event of a large-scale aggression. There are many possible changes in the forms of combat operations. At this time, the national theory and practice of armed warfare are deprived of the previously accepted form of conducting operations and combat actions. How have the fighting changed at the Ukrainian Gathering since then?
Regardless of international sanctions and the condemnation of the light force of the aggressive actions of Russia, which caused a serious blow to the imperial ambitions of the Kremlin, the greater political certitude of the Russian Federation is not visible in plans to turn Ukraine into the sphere of its geopolitical interests. We are constantly discussing the transformation of the Western Union of Ukraine and the Ukrainian economy to NATO standards. What do you consider priority tasks for us? How realistic is the goal of implementing NATO standards in the ZSU by 2020?
Thus, this is a priority task for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is the warehouse implementation of Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic course. The language is not only about the implementation of specific NATO documents, but also about approaches, principles and culture. In addition to this transformation of the command and control system in line with NATO standards, we continue to advance defense planning based on capabilities, as is the established approach of NATO member powers. We will continue to improve the training system based on the standards of NATO member states. The creation of logistics and medical care systems is also essential.
Indeed, we are faced with the task of completing the implementation of NATO standards by the end of 2020, as well as within the package of Partnership Goals, which is periodically updated within the framework of Ukraine’s cooperation with NATO. We are working to promote NATO standards and align with the goals of the partnership. Therefore, this process is trivial and has an irreversible character.
What can Ukraine’s agricultural forces effectively counteract the Russian influx? What are the greatest risks and messages for the entire power bloc of Ukraine?
At the present time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with other warehouse defense forces, will mark the end of the current flow of all armored aggression of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions as part of the operation ії united forces. For these reasons, we need to replace the existing old fleet of modern and modern technology with more modern technologies, develop aviation, navy, and develop defense capabilities in the information and cyber space, etc. o.

- fragmentation of the legal and regulatory framework;

This is one of the problematic places, at the same time, of our important tasks for the future. There is a need to promote NATO standards and increase the ability of the Ukrainian army to work together with the military formations of other powers in the process of carrying out operations to maintain peace and security, as well as military preparations.
