CMF Buds and Neckband Pro Bluetooth headphones released
11.03.24
The Nothing CMF sub-brand presented the CMF Buds wireless headphones, which became a simplified version of those that debuted last fall CMF Buds Pro and Neckband collar headphones.
CMF Buds
The CMF Buds look the same as the Pro version, only the charging case is square rather than round. The model is equipped with 12.4mm drivers with a special TPU diaphragm and Dirac settings.
CMF Buds support active noise cancellation (up to 42 dB), have 4 microphones and a transparency mode so that the user can hear surrounding sounds. Bluetooth 5.3 is responsible for the wireless connection, and the headphones can be connected simultaneously with two devices.
The case is protected from dust and moisture according to the IP54 standard. The headphones, together with the charging case, provide 35.5 hours of battery life. A quick charge of just 10 minutes will add another 6.5 hours of use.
The CMF Buds are available in three colors (black, white and orange) and cost around $30.
CMF Neckband Pro
Neckband Pro and Buds are similar in characteristics, but differ in appearance: Neckband Pro are Bluetooth headphones with a neckband. With the help of magnets, the headphones can be connected to each other when they are not in use, and a convenient Smart Dial is provided for control.
Neckband Pro has hybrid active noise cancellation (up to 50 dB), dynamic drivers with a diameter of 13.6 mm and 5 microphones with artificial noise reduction, which reduces wind noise and other ambient sounds during calls.
The manufacturer also claims spatial sound effect and Ultra Bass technology with bass level adjustment in the Nothing X app.
The case is protected from dust and moisture IP55. One battery charge lasts for 37 or 23 hours of battery life with noise cancellation on and off, respectively. And just 10 minutes of quick charging provides 18 hours of playback.
CMF Neckband Pro is priced at $24. They are available in three versions – black, white and orange.
