Access to the new neural network DALL-E 3, which creates an image is open

DALL·E 2

The OpenAI company has launched a new version of DALL-E artificial intelligence, which is used to create images based on textual descriptions.

It is stated that the DALL-E 3 neural network understands more nuances and details, which allows better and more accurate implementation of ideas. Rights to images created in DALL-3 belong to the user.

The user can refer to ChatGPT with a general description, and it will generate more accurate hints and detailed instructions for the image generator. DALL-E 3 is in the pre-release stage, the generator will be available to ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise clients in October via API.

The service may reject requests that contain the names of public figures, harmful prejudices, and other hot topics. This is done to reduce the risk of using the neural network for disinformation and propaganda.
