Energizer smartphones break records The new model has a battery with a capacity of 28,000 mAh

Energizer Hard Case P28K

Almost five years ago, Energizer introduced an unusual gadget: 18,000mAh built-in smartphone power bank. Now, Avenir Telecom, which owns the Energizer brand, is repeating the experiment, introducing the Hard Case P28K battery-powered smartphone with a 28,000 mAh battery.

The device promises a week of autonomy with regular use. The smartphone also has a robust IP69 protection class, which makes it resistant to various adventures away from charging points.

According to the company’s statement, the talk time is 122 hours and the standby mode will last up to 2252 hours. Energizer Hard Case P28K weighs 570 g and has a thickness of 27.8 mm, which is three times larger than the iPhone 15. Charging is carried out with a power of up to 33 W.

However, the specifications are more reminiscent of entry-level or mid-range smartphones: no 5G support, MediaTek MT6789 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of built-in storage, triple rear camera, Android 14 operating system, and a 6.78-inch LCD display with a split ability

The price of the Energizer Hard Case P28K will be 249.99 euros when it goes on sale in October of this year.
