The Rabbit R1 device is a compact gadget with specifications and functionality aimed at using artificial intelligence to perform various tasks. It stands out for its striking design, developed jointly with the design firm Teenage Engineering. Key features of the device include:
- Compact body with 2.88-inch touch screen.
- Rotating camera.
- MediaTek processor with a frequency of 2.3 GHz.
- 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.
- Battery that provides all-day battery life.
- Call functions and receiving messages.
- Ability to perform various tasks using artificial intelligence, such as calling a taxi, booking a table, ordering a book, etc.
- Rabbit OS operating system, combining functionality in one interface.
The gadget has an analog control wheel, but also supports voice control. The Rabbit R1 is priced at $199 and is available for pre-order now, with official sales beginning in March.
In total, a day after the presentation, the developers announced that they had managed to sell 10 thousand R1 devices. Although shipping won’t begin for a couple of months, some early buyers have already listed Rabbit gadgets on eBay, hoping to resell them at a better price.
