UGCR notes a decrease in traffic routing violations in 2023
28.02.24One of the important activities of the Ukrainian State Radio Frequency Center is measuring the parameters of electronic communication networks regarding the order of traffic routing, testing the quality of electronic communication services.
Based on the results of the activities of the UGCR in 2023, the Department for Measuring Telecommunication Networks identified 29,125 violations of traffic routing on mobile networks and 393 on fixed-line networks, which is 21% less than the results of work in 2022 for the same period.
Note that the decrease in the number of violations of the routing order in 2023 indicates the effectiveness of the fight against violators of legislation in the field of electronic communications.
It should be noted that based on the results of 635 events to test the quality of electronic services, their analysis was carried out, the reasons were identified, the elimination of which improved the provision of services, both by large service providers – PJSC Kyivstar, PJSC Datagroup, LLC Kiev Telecommunication Networks, and small ones, which are provided at the level of individual entrepreneurs, for example, individual entrepreneur Taras Vladimirovich Kalinevich (Velikoselki village, Lviv region), individual entrepreneur Vitaly Ivanovich Yuriychuk (Snyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region ).
