Stellantis bought the AI service CloudMade, it is being developed by Ukrainians

The Stellantis automaker, which includes 18 brands (including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot), acquired Star’s CloudMade service. The development team office is located in Ukraine. The transaction amount has not been disclosed, but according to some reports, it amounts to tens of millions of dollars.
Stellantis receives artificial intelligence system, machine learning models, intellectual property rights and patents from CloudMade, a developer of big data-based automotive solutions.
Along with the intellectual property, the entire project team, including 44 employees, almost all from Ukraine, goes to Stellantis. It is tentatively planned to maintain the Ukrainian team, but there are no plans to expand.
