Beyond the B798 version, Apple is developing the B790 model. Leaks from the second developer beta of iOS 27 indicate that this version is at a more advanced stage of development. While the B798 model was pushed back to 2027, the B790 variant may launch much sooner, suggesting the device could be ready for a full market release as early as this year.
