The FSP company is again in Ukraine: what was shown and told at the presentation
30.10.20
Against the background of a constant stream of news that soon we will all die, that international companies are leaving Ukraine, and local ones are closing or downsizing, the news that FSP is returning to the Ukrainian consumer power supply market sounded very unlikely.
But, YES! “Experts” in rolled-up pants may not understand my joy at the return of FSP, but those who have not yet forgotten what such an aska is, will remember that ten years ago FSP was synonymous with a solid, high-quality power supply for a ridiculous amount of money.
Okay, let’s leave behind the reasons for such a long absence of the company and focus on the same power unit that should fulfill FSP’s plans to enter the TOP-3 by the end of 2021.
Hydro PTM Pro will be presented with a power range from 650 to 1200 watts. The power supply unit has all modern features: active conversion, an efficiency of more than 92%, a quiet large fan, a powerful 12-volt line, Japanese capacitors and even protection against high humidity. Although, it’s hard to imagine a gaming computer in a bath 🙂 The 80 Plus certification was the icing on the cake.

Modular construction and ribbon wires will add a special shine to your PC in an “open” case.

It’s great that FSP plans to bring their entire line of consumer products to our market within the next few months. So we are waiting not only for PSUs for desktop PCs, but also for cases, cooling systems, power adapters and even UPS.

Briefly about FSP. This is a Taiwanese company, a manufacturer of power supplies for various appliances. As mentioned above, the portfolio of offers has expanded in recent years towards power adapters, cooling systems and PC cases. Power supplies manufactured by FSP are sold by Antic, Sparkle Power International (SPI), OCZ, SilverStone Technology, Thermaltake, Nexus and Zalman under their own names. Konstantin Goncharov.
