The company’s engineers are focused not only on these devices. Parallel work to adapt the new shell is being carried out for a number of models at more budget and flagship levels. Developers are reported to be active in assembling codes for the following systems: Galaxy S25 series, entry-level and mid-range models – Galaxy A16 5G, Galaxy A17 5G, Galaxy A34, new version of Galaxy A57. In addition, Samsung has already begun internal adjustment of functionality for the upcoming sub-flagship Galaxy S26 FE.

Official release date of smartphones with stable One UI 9

As of today, it is completely unknown which model will join the ranks of public beta testing after the Galaxy S26 line of smartphones. But another technical nuance has been confirmed for certain: the first devices that will receive the One UI 9 build directly from the start of sales (straight out of the box) will be the long-awaited folding smartphones of the new season.
