Kyivstar eSIM with a contract can now be obtained online through BankID and the Diya application

Kyivstar has opened an online opportunity to get an eSIM with contract connection. To do this, you will need to go through identification through the NBU BankID service or the Diya application. Subscribers located abroad can also use the new eSIM remote connection service.

“Kyivstar” separately notes that337 thousand subscribers have already switched to eSIM, and eSIM with a contractual form of service is now used by 75 thousand users.

By the way, the option to switch to eSIM online is also available at Vodafone Ukraine and lifecell. About the operator, they offer eSIM connection not only in their applications, but also through monobank. But only for contract or corporate customers, you still need to visit the store/contact center with the original passport or the digital version in “Diya”.

To get an eSIM with a Kyivstar contract, you need to use BankID or Action to download the necessary documents, fill out the form and sign the contract online. Next, scan the received QR code to activate the eSIM and complete the settings on the smartphone. Of course, the smartphone must support this same eSIM. For new subscribers, eSIM offers with a contract starting from UAH 150/month and reaching UAH 500/month depending on the tariff.

By the way, the possibility of switching to eSIM while preserving the old contract tariff and its conditions for existing subscribers is also provided.
