Epic Games Store giving legendary sequel Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and the The Bridge game for free
14.03.24
This week, the digital distribution service Epic Games Store pleased its users with a free distribution of two games at once: Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and The Bridge. These projects will be available until March 21st.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is an Action/RPG with stealth elements, the sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the fourth main game in the Deus Ex series. Mankind Divided takes place in 2029, two years after the events of Human Revolution and 23 years before the events of the first Deus Ex game.
After the Panchaean Incident, augmented people were discriminated against and forced into ghettos. Society was divided into two militant groups – into advocates of the purity of the human body, and into augmented people and their supporters. The main character of the game is still Adam Jensen. Armed with an arsenal of state-of-the-art weapons and augmentations, he must choose the right approach to unravel a massive worldwide conspiracy.
The Bridge
In turn, The Bridge is a two-dimensional logic game, during which the user will have to reconsider his view of physics and perspective. The game allows you to control attraction, gravity, penetrate parallel dimensions, walk on the ceiling as if on the floor, and all this in the scenery of impossible structures. As the game progresses, the player will explore increasingly complex worlds, each of which is unique in its own way.
The game has 48 unique puzzles, each of which requires a different approach. After completing the main storyline in the project, an additional game mode opens. It includes modified versions of each of the 24 levels, as well as an additional ending. The game is extremely unpretentious to system resources; it only needs a processor with a frequency of 1 GHz and only 512 MB of RAM.
