CXMT Progress
At the moment, the company has passed the verification stage for individual chips, which is the second step in the overall certification process. This is followed by the pilot production verification stage, which is necessary for fine-tuning lithography equipment before the product is fully brought to market.
Technical Specifications of CXMT LPDDR6 Chips
According to preliminary specifications, the new memory chips are focused on high performance metrics.
| Parameter | Value |
| Design Data Rate | 12.8 Gbps |
| Base Speed | 10.7 Gbps |
| Chip Capacity | 16 Gb |
| Package Type | 1295-ball PoP |
Market Performance
CXMT’s successes are also reflected in the financial markets. Following a successful IPO, the company’s shares soared by 472% on the first day of trading: the price rose from 8.66 yuan to 49.5 yuan per share. The company’s market capitalization reached 3.31 trillion yuan (approximately 489 billion US dollars; 452.7 billion euros or 20.2 trillion hryvnias).
