Acemagic N3A: compact mini PC and NAS in one case
08.04.26
Acemagic has unveiled the N3A, a versatile device that combines a compact workstation with a full-fledged network-attached storage (NAS) in a single chassis. Originally announced in early 2026, the final version features updated hardware focused on stability and reliability, appealing to users who value dependable server solutions.
Energy-efficient processor for 24/7 operation

The new model swaps the consumer Ryzen 7 3750H for the Ryzen Embedded R2544, which supports error-correcting code (ECC) memory. This is crucial for data integrity and stable NAS performance.
The integrated Vega 8 graphics is less powerful than Vega 10 for gaming, but it’s more than enough for server tasks, file management, and running Docker containers. The slightly higher base CPU frequency also improves system responsiveness under load.
Spacious storage for any task
The main highlight of the N3A is its disk subsystem. The chassis offers:
- 4 bays for 3.5-inch HDDs;
- 2 M.2 NVMe slots for SSDs.
The total supported storage capacity reaches 136 TB, making it suitable as a media server or backup station for a small office. The chassis includes hot-swappable drive trays, and the magnetic front panel simplifies maintenance.
Modern interfaces and network capabilities

N3A supports up to 64 GB DDR4-3200 RAM. Available ports include:
- USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C;
- 2× USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 2× USB 2.0;
- DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0;
- 2.5 Gbps Ethernet.
Priced at $300 (≈12,500 UAH), the N3A is a solid choice for home or small office use, combining the functionality of a mini-PC and NAS in a single compact device.
