03.08.26
Honor has expanded its smartphone lineup with the introduction of the Play 11 Pro. The device combines a slim, elegant design with impressive battery life, targeting the affordable 5G smartphone segment.
What Is the Honor Play 11 Pro?
This smartphone is positioned as a new solution within the budget-friendly Play 11 series, complementing the previously released 11 Plus model. Despite a body thickness of just 7.34mm, the manufacturer managed to fit a 7,000mAh battery designed to retain at least 80% capacity after 1,000 charge cycles. The device supports 45W fast wired charging.
Honor Play 11 Pro Technical Specifications
The device features modern hardware and well-balanced specifications for daily use:
- Display: 6.6-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 6,500 nits peak brightness.
- Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6500.
- Memory: 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage with no expansion option.
- OS: Android 16 with pre-installed MagicOS 10.
- Cameras: 50MP main sensor (paired with an auxiliary sensor) and an 8MP front camera.

A major focus is on durability: the model features a metal frame, IP66 water and dust resistance, and an SGS five-star drop resistance certification.
Comparison With the Play 11 Plus
Externally, the models are remarkably similar: they share an identical weight of 185 grams, and their design and internal components are nearly identical. The key technical difference lies in the display matrix type: the Pro version features a flat OLED panel, whereas the Play 11 Plus utilizes an AMOLED matrix.
Pricing and Availability
Honor Play 11 Pro is now available for pre-order in China in three color options: sunrise gold, midnight black, and moon silver. The single 8GB + 256GB configuration is priced at 2,099 yuan (approximately $310).
