Xiaomi announced its electric car SU7 – a competitor to the Porsche Taycan Turbo and Tesla Model S

Xiaomi held an event in China dedicated to future technologies in its electric vehicle construction.
The Chinese manufacturer officially introduced a new product called SU7 (Speed Ultra 7).
The company claims. that this electric car will compete with the Porsche Taycan Turbo and Tesla Model S.
The Xiaomi electric car will be available in two versions – with rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.
It is stated that the SU7 will be able to travel up to 800 km on a single charge. The car will also support fast charging, providing up to 220 km in 5 minutes and up to 510 km in 15 minutes.
The SU7 will have multiple driving modes, a Brembo braking system, and various safety aids.
According to the manufacturer, the car will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds and to 200 km/h in 10.67 seconds.
The maximum speed of Xiaomi SU7 will be 265 km/h. The cabin will have a large display with a HyperOS-based multimedia system, as well as an autopilot using various sensors and a proprietary chip.
It will be available in three colors: Aqua Blue, Mineral Gray and Verdant Green.
There are no details regarding the exact release date of the SU7, but its announcement is expected in 2024.
