Ukrainian railway add to application monitoring of tickets and automatic purchasing
12.04.24
“Ukrzaliznytsia” added the function of monitoring the availability of tickets with the possibility of automatic redemption to the application. The company previously tested the service with more than 3,000 users, received about 500 messages with suggestions and fixes, and is now ready to offer these features to all users of its program.
For users authorized through “Action.Signature”, two types of monitoring are available:
- monitoring of trains that are already on sale (with the ability to monitor the availability of specific seats);
- monitoring for directions (with the possibility to track the appearance of trains between selected cities in the sale).
In the case of monitoring a specific train, you can also enable the function of automatic ticket purchase. To do this, you need to enter passenger data and pay for the order. When the function is activated, funds will be withdrawn immediately. If the passenger changes his mind and the monitoring is canceled or the required tickets are not found, the funds will be returned to the card automatically. If the automatic redemption function is activated, users will receive a push notification about already purchased tickets.
Ticket monitoring and automatic redemption are not available for trains to Poland (except Intercity+) and direct train Kyiv — Vienna.
