Razer changes its approach to wireless headphones: Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed received a case with a wireless adapter function
13.04.26
Razer has unveiled a new pair of true wireless earbuds — Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed — with a strong focus on connectivity and cross-platform convenience. The standout feature is a redesigned charging case that goes beyond storage and charging, acting as a built-in wireless adapter.
One device instead of two
In most gaming TWS solutions, a separate USB dongle is required to achieve low latency. In this model, that component is integrated directly into the case. It connects via USB-C to PCs, gaming consoles, and mobile devices.
This approach eliminates the need for extra accessories and makes switching between platforms much easier. At the same time, it maintains ultra-low latency audio transmission, which is crucial for gaming.
Functional lighting and customization
The case features an LED strip powered by Razer Chroma RGB, serving both aesthetic and practical purposes.
The lighting changes color and behavior depending on the connection mode — Bluetooth or HyperSpeed — and also indicates battery status when the case is opened or charging. Users can fully customize lighting effects via dedicated apps and sync them with other Razer devices.
Audio performance and technology

The earbuds are equipped with hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), reducing ambient noise for a more immersive experience.
Audio is powered by THX Spatial Audio, delivering a 7.1 surround sound effect. This enhances spatial awareness, which is especially valuable in gaming scenarios.
For mobile use, the earbuds support Bluetooth 6.0, ensuring stable connectivity and improved energy efficiency. Total battery life reaches up to 40 hours — around 10 hours on a single charge plus an additional 30 hours provided by the case.
Price and availability
Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed are already available for purchase via the official Razer website at a price of $130.
