NovaPay bonds available for everyone now – price start at UAH 1000, yield up to 18%

The company NovaPay (GK Nova) has started selling its own securities – bonds, which are available in the NovaPay mobile application for iOS and Android. They can be purchased for a term of 1 to 12 months, and the income will depend on the term and will reach 18% with a minimum investment amount of UAH 1,000.

These bonds are an alternative to ordinary deposits and war bonds, which have become popular investment instruments in times of war. Buying NovaPay bonds also provides a new opportunity to diversify the investment portfolio. At the same time, NovaPay bonds can still be purchased with the help of the company’s specialists.

Users can see the projected payout amount in the app and receive income after the bond expires, similar to interest on deposits. Income taxes on NovaPay bonds are 18%, personal income tax and 1.5% military levy. In 2023, NovaPay issued three options of bonds in the amount of UAH 100 million. each and registered 3 more issues for the same amount.

NovaPay became the first private company in Ukraine to issue corporate bonds with a public offering under wartime conditions. At the moment, bonds of series A, B and C in the amount of UAH 141 million are in circulation, and the number of clients is approaching 100 people.

How to buy bonds in NovaPay

  • download the NovaPay program (iOS or Android), register through the “Action” program;
  • on the main screen, select the “Accumulation” section and click “Buy bonds”;
  • choose conditions: term and investment amount;
  • confirm the application, sign the documents using “Action.Signature” and pay the bonds. After completing the purchase process, a corresponding push notification will be sent to the smartphone.
