There are new details about the first smart glasses Samsung Galaxy Glasses. The novelty will work on Android XR with the OneUI XR shell, and the Galaxy Glasses Manager program is provided for management.
The resource SammyGuru gained access to the interface of the program for controlling the glasses. In the published pictures, you can see the design of the device and the complete case for charging and storage.
Features and capabilities of the program

The model featured in the app has been given the working title of Warby Parker. These glasses were first shown at the Google I/O 2026 conference together with the Gentle Monster model. Samsung develops this gadget in close partnership with Google and Qualcomm.
The Galaxy Glasses Manager functionality allows the user to flexibly configure the gadget: from firmware updates to detailed management of specific functions:
- Managing the built-in camera.
- Automatic synchronization of media content (photos and videos) with a smartphone.
- Listening to incoming messages.
- Activation of AI assistants.
- Search for the device in case of loss.
Integration with the Samsung ecosystem
The company’s engineers paid special attention to the connection with other accessories of the brand. Users will be able to control the functions of the glasses using the smart Galaxy Ring through gestures, as well as using the Galaxy Watch thanks to the special Galaxy Glasses Controller software.
Release date
The official launch of the new product in selected markets is planned for the fall of this year. The first live public presentation of the device is expected at the Samsung Unpacked event, which, according to preliminary information, will take place on July 22 in London.
