Ajax Systems opened a new plant in Kyiv for pre-production production of devices
16.02.24
Ajax Systems begins pre-series production in Kyiv. The new plant will assemble a variety of new products, including TurretCam, BulletCam and DomeCam Mini video cameras, Ajax NVR video recorders and KeyPad TouchScreen keyboards.
Expanding the product portfolio to 135 devices and introducing new video surveillance devices requires the creation of a production center to be closer to development engineers. This will allow the R&D team to control the production processes of new products, since they require additional equipment, testing and verification before mass production.
The total pre-series production capacity will be from 50 to 70 thousand devices per month. Next year it is planned to expand production capacity by 50%.
Currentlythey are actively recruiting workers of various categories for pre-production production, including SMD line operators, electronic equipment installers, test bench operators, assemblers, QC sorters, long test operators, quality controllers and other engineers. In total, the team will consist of 220 people.
Let us recall that in the spring of 2022, the production facilities of Ajax Systems were relocated to the western region of Ukraine. In addition, the company opened another plant in Turkey on January 5, 2022.
