Xiaomi BE19000 Pro: Powerful WiFi 7 router with 10 Gbps ports and NAS support enters new markets

Xiaomi continues to expand the sales geography of its flagship router Xiaomi BE19000 Pro. The device, which was previously available mainly within the Asian region, although it was announced for Europe three months ago, has finally officially appeared on the shelves of German stores, which marks the beginning of a gradual global release. At the same time, in other regions the availability of the model is still limited – for example, for American users the company still offers more affordable alternatives, such as the BE3600 model.

What is Xiaomi BE19000 Pro?

Xiaomi BE19000 Pro is a high-performance tri-band WiFi 7 router. Unlike many competitors, this model fully utilizes all three frequency bands, providing impressive data transfer rates in theory: 1,376 Mbps (2.4 GHz), 5,760 Mbps (5 GHz) and up to 11,520 Mbps (6 GHz).

Technical characteristics and capabilities

The device has solid hardware and ample opportunities for wired connections. The physical dimensions of the case are 242 × 70 × 273 mm. The interface panel contains two 10 Gbps ports (adaptive LAN/WAN), four 2.5 Gbps ports, and USB 3.0. The presence of an M.2 slot allows you to use the device as a network-attached storage (NAS), which turns the router into a multifunctional data management center, although it is not a full replacement for specialized NAS systems.

Price and availability

At the moment, the current price of Xiaomi BE19000 Pro is about 895 euros (39,250 hryvnia / 985 US dollars). It is worth considering that local legal requirements for radio frequencies in different countries may make adjustments to the actual performance of the device.

Is Xiaomi BE19000 Pro worth buying?

If you require maximum WiFi 7 throughput and network aggregation capabilities, the BE19000 Pro is one of the most powerful solutions on the market. However, before purchasing, it is important to make sure that the router’s capabilities as a “simple NAS” satisfy your specific file management needs.
