Motorola Moto G77 Power: a smartphone with a huge 7000 mAh battery was released

Motorola has expanded its ‘G Power’ lineup in India with the introduction of a new model – Moto G77 Power. The new product incorporates the best solutions of previous devices in the series, offering users a combination of autonomy and balanced performance.

What is Motorola Moto G77 Power

The smartphone is aimed at those who are looking for a device with a long battery life. The key feature of the series remains the massive 7000 mAh battery. The gadget supports 30W TurboPower fast charging and 6W reverse charging.

Characteristics and technical equipment

The “heart” of the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 128 GB UFS 2.2 drive. There is a slot for microSD memory cards up to 1 TB. The device comes with Android 16 OS and is guaranteed to receive one update to Android 17, as well as 3 years of security patches.

The screen is a 6.72-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The peak brightness of the 8-bit matrix in high brightness mode reaches 1050 nits. Gorilla Glass 7i is responsible for protection.

Photo and audio capabilities

On the back panel there is a 50-megapixel camera with a Sony Lytia 600 sensor (f/1.8, PDAF), complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module with a viewing angle of 120°. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front sensor. The entire camera system is capable of shooting video in 1080p, with the main sensor supporting 60 frames per second.

The device features a 3.5mm headphone jack with Hi-Res Audio support and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos technology.

Design and connection features

The smartphone is IP64 protected and has successfully passed MIL-STD-810H testing. The thickness of the case is 8.9 mm and the weight is 215 g. 5G networks (sub-6GHz), dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4 are supported, but there is no NFC module.

Release date and price

The official launch of the smartphone in India is scheduled for July 13 (Monday). The price of the device in the 8/128 GB configuration is 26,000 rupees (approximately 13,450 hryvnia or $270). The new product will be available in four colors: gray (Impenetrable), blue (Nautical Blue), pink-red (Fuchsia Red) and green (Laurel Green). We are waiting for the device in Ukraine.

When choosing, it is worth considering that the previous Moto G37 Power is currently selling for around Rs 20,000, so the new model is positioned as a more premium solution with an improved camera and processor.
