The Ringo Pro smart ring does an ECG, measures temperature and tracks body fat

Ringo Pro

Smart rings, such as Samsung’s Galaxy Ring and Ringo/Ringo Pro, represent a new direction in wearable technology. They combine the functions of fitness trackers, smart scales and even some medical capabilities, such as measuring blood oxygen levels and conducting ECGs. In addition, they allow you to control some smartphone functions through the touch panel on the ring.

The manufacturer claims that Ringo Pro is the first smart ring that can determine the level of fat, water, bones and muscles in the body. In addition, the gadget is capable of performing an ECG.

The ring is made of steel, is not afraid of water, is only 2.11 mm thick and lasts up to 7 days on a single battery charge. Another interesting feature is the touch panel, which allows you to control your smartphone using the ring: scroll through your social media feed, turn on the camera, etc.

Ringo Pro

The regular Ringo model costs $169 on Kickstarter, while the Pro version costs $100 more.

These devices provide users with the convenience and functionality of wearable technology in a more compact and discrete form factor. They can be useful for those who want to track their activity and health throughout the day without having to wear larger devices such as fitness bands or smartwatches.

These devices may be priced higher than regular fitness trackers, but they offer additional features and convenience that may be valuable to some users.
