Sony has announced a list of 8 games that will leave PlayStation Plus in July 2026
29.06.26
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers have access to an impressive Game Catalog library, which is regularly updated with new releases. However, the subscription distribution model means that some games periodically leave the service. Sony has officially confirmed the list of projects that will become unavailable to users in July 2026.
List of games being removed from PS Plus in July 2026
Initial forecasts indicated the possible departure of 13 projects, but Sony decided to postpone some of the removals to August 2026. Thus, in July the list of “losses” was reduced to eight games. Here is a complete list of projects leaving the service:
- The Jackbox Party Pack 9
- Risk of Rain 2
- Tropico 6
- Source of Madness
- Cursed to Golf
- Hundred Days – Winemaking Simulator
- Get Even
- Infinite Minigolf
The nuances of content rotation in PlayStation Plus
Regularly updating the game catalog is standard practice for the Sony ecosystem. Typically, titles added to the Extra and Premium sections remain available to subscribers for 6-12 months. Rotation allows you to make room for new products, but it forces users to carefully monitor the availability schedule of the games they are interested in.
What should players do
If there are projects on the list that you have been putting off for a long time, now is the time to add them to your library or start playing through them. The removal of games from the PlayStation Plus catalog is scheduled for July 21, 2026. After this date, access to projects will be closed; you will be able to continue playing only if you purchase them individually from the PlayStation Store.
