PlayStation Plus in August: Sony will add Dying Light 2 and two more games
30.07.26
Sony has officially revealed the list of projects that will replenish the library for subscribers of all levels of the PlayStation Plus service next month. Traditionally, the company continues to offer its users hit projects and quality indie games.
The main star of the August selection was the open-world zombie action Dying Light 2: Stay Human. The project will be available to users on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. It is important to note the sequence of selections: the previous part of Dying Light is still available to subscribers, which gives an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with both parts of the series in a row.
What other games will be available in August?
In addition to Dying Light 2, two more projects will be added to the game catalog:
- Signalis (PS4) is a stylish and atmospheric psychological horror.
- Big Walk (PS5) is a co-op adventure focused on walking together.
Access to the games will be open for users from August 4 to August 31.
Bonus content for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls
The August subscription update includes a nice bonus for fans of the fighting game Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, which is scheduled for release on August 6. Sony provides active marketing support for the project, in which a special set of items will be available to PS Plus subscribers. The pack includes poses for all twenty playable characters that will be displayed on the post-match results screen, as well as a set of five themed avatars.
The August selection looks pretty balanced for players with different tastes. Given the marketing support for new projects, next month will be a great time for those looking to experience both big blockbusters and indie releases on their release day.
