Oppo A7 Pro Max Breaks Records With 10,000mAh Battery and Snapdragon 4 Gen 5
04.08.26
Oppo has officially unveiled its new A7 Pro Max, setting a new benchmark for endurance in the mobile segment. The device’s standout feature is a massive 10,000mAh Glacier battery, which utilizes advanced spherical silicon-carbon components.
Oppo A7 Pro Max Specs and Performance
The device is the world’s first to feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 mobile platform, built on TSMC’s 4nm process. The processor packs eight cores: two performance-focused Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.4 GHz and six power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores at up to 2.0 GHz, with an Adreno G629 chip handling graphics. The phone uses fast LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

The front houses a 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution (2772 x 1272 pixels). The screen supports 10-bit color depth, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1800 nits. During gaming, the touch sampling rate boosts up to 330 Hz.
Camera Capabilities and Power
The camera system features a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP monochrome sensor on the back, paired with a 50MP front-facing camera. Both modules support 1080p video recording.

To power the 10,000mAh battery, the device supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and the 80W UFCS protocol. It also includes 27W reverse charging capability.
Design and Build
The chassis offers robust environmental protection with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K standards. Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with 300% volume amplification, NFC, an IR blaster, and Wi-Fi 5 support. It runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Pricing Options
| Memory Version | Price (China) |
| 8GB + 128GB | 2199 yuan ($325 / €301) |
| 12GB + 256GB | 2699 yuan ($400 / €370) |
| 12GB + 512GB | 2999 yuan ($445 / €412) |
This device is the ideal choice for those seeking maximum battery life. With its modern Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 platform, vibrant AMOLED screen, and high-level durability, it is a highly competitive offering. The device is currently available only in China. However, as Oppo focuses on expanding its global presence and moving away from its OnePlus sub-brand in European and US markets, the A7 Pro Max will likely reach international retailers, including Ukraine, in the near future.
