New Thermaltake Dockpower FI power supplies: easy installation and easy upgrades
09.07.26
Building a personal computer can often be complicated by a mess of wires, but Thermaltake has come up with a game-changing solution. The new Thermaltake Dockpower FI series of power supplies is designed to simplify the cable management process and subsequent system upgrades as much as possible.
Thermaltake Dockpower FI Design Features
The main innovation of the line is its separate architecture: it consists of a main power supply and a separate cable docking module. This module is easily detached and fixed back using a D-ring screw. This design allows you to connect all the necessary cables to the module even before installing the main unit in the PC case, which significantly saves time and eliminates difficulties in a narrow space. Also included are low profile cables with a complete modular system.
Specifications and upgrade options
The innovative design makes system upgrades much easier. The user can replace the main power supply with a higher power model without having to disconnect all previously installed cables from the docking module. The Dockpower FI series features include wattage options: 750W, 850W, 1000W and 1200W. All devices in the series comply with the 80 PLUS Gold standard and are fully compatible with modern ATX 3.1 and PCIe Gen 5.1 specifications.

Design options and availability
The Dockpower FI line is available in two classic colors: black and Snow (white), which allows the power supply to seamlessly fit into any aesthetics of a computer build. At the moment, Thermaltake has not provided official information on retail prices or the start date of sales.
Who is Thermaltake Dockpower FI for?
Whether you frequently rebuild your PC, prefer a clean look inside your case, or plan for future system expansion, these power supplies are a technologically advanced solution. With the ability to quickly swap out power packs without re-wiring, Thermaltake Dockpower FI is a solid investment asset for PC enthusiasts and builders.
