This is a next-generation foldable device designed for those seeking a balance between a tablet and a smartphone. The new model stands out for its incredible durability and advanced design, integrating smart lighting technologies.
Design and Build Durability
When folded, the smartphone is 10.1 mm thick, excluding the main camera protrusion. The device is almost 10% lighter and about 1 mm thinner than the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. According to Google, the design has also become three times stronger compared to the previous generation.
Key design features:
- Fiberglass composite back panel.
- The outer screen is protected by Super Actua ceramic glass.
- A new gearless hinge with an increased bending radius, designed to reduce the visibility of the crease.
- IP68 water and dust protection standard.
Technical Specifications

Both OLED screens (6.5” outer and 8” inner) are 20% brighter, reaching a peak of 3600 nits. A notable feature is the HiLight system—an LED ring surrounding the cameras. It pulses in selected colors to notify users of calls and interactions with Gemini.
The 4806 mAh battery provides over 24 hours of usage. It supports fast charging (50% in half an hour) and updated Qi 2.2 wireless charging up to 25W.
The device is powered by Google’s Tensor G6 chipset with 16GB of RAM and a dedicated Titan M3 security processor. Compared to the Tensor G5, the new chip delivers about 20% better power efficiency, 25% faster web browsing, and 15% faster app launch. The TPU for AI tasks has also become 50% more powerful, and the image processing system has been improved.
The cameras include a 48-megapixel main module with an aperture of ƒ/1.7, a 10.5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with macro focus, and a 10.8-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. The main sensor has a 1/1.56-inch format and is capable of capturing about 56% more light. The camera also supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second, and software algorithms are responsible for stabilization, night shooting, and further editing.
Gemini Artificial Intelligence
Google has made a special emphasis on Gemini’s capabilities. The AI can analyze data from calendars and compatible applications, help with creating messages, and transcribe voice recordings, automatically removing parasitic words.
In addition, Gemini is able to perform certain everyday tasks in the background. In the US, the assistant receives expanded capabilities: it can help with ordering food and groceries, calling a taxi, and making phone calls to companies on behalf of the user.
Google has also integrated DeepMind technology, which is capable of converting American Sign Language into text.
