Electric Audi E SUV Concept with 671 hp released

Audi E SUV Concept

The new Audi E SUV concept was presented as a precursor to the brand’s second production model, which the company plans to release specifically for the Chinese market. The car is made in the same stylistic direction as the previously demonstrated Audi E5 Sportback, and externally it looks as close as possible to the production version.

Characteristics of the Audi E SUV Concept

The model was created in cooperation with the Chinese partner SAIC and is due to go on sale in 2026. The crossover is based on the Advanced Digitized Platform, on which the E5 Sportback has already been built. The developers have retained the body plastic characteristic of the line with wide light elements, smooth silhouette lines, short overhangs, built-in handles and cameras instead of mirrors. The rear pillars have retained the brand’s aerodynamic accents. In terms of dimensions, the crossover is close to the Audi Q7: its length is 5.06 meters, and the wheelbase is 3.06 meters.

The power plant uses two electric motors with a total capacity of 671 horsepower. The model received all-wheel drive and a battery with a capacity of 109 kWh. According to the manufacturer, the range on the CLTC cycle reaches approximately 700 km, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes approximately five seconds. Fast charging in ten minutes can increase the range by approximately 320 kilometers.

Soon in production?

The interior has not yet been revealed, but it is expected to be similar to the E5 Sportback’s interior with a large 27-inch display and a general emphasis on digital solutions. Among the key technologies in the model is the Audi 360 Driving Assist partially automated control system, adapted to the characteristics of Chinese roads.
