ASUS ROG presented a new generation of OLED monitors and SCAR 18: bet on e-sports and 540 Hz
03.06.26
The Always With Gamers line of devices reflects ROG’s long-term strategy to create hardware that is equally effective in eSports, casual gaming, and professional content work. It is an ecosystem of solutions focused on stable high performance regardless of the usage scenario.
The first e-sports OLED and the new generation of Tandem RGB displays
ASUS has introduced a new generation of gaming OLED monitors, designed with the aim of maximum response speed, color accuracy and durability. The basis of the devices is an updated cooling architecture using GaN (gallium nitride) technology, which reduces heat loss by up to 35% and reduces the heating of the case in the area of ventilation by approximately 10%. This directly affects the stability of the panel and its service life.
Special attention is paid to the screen protection system. The updated presence sensor Neo Proximity Sensor works with an adjustable timer (from 1 to 15 minutes) and five levels of sensitivity, automatically reducing the load on the matrix when the user is not in front of the monitor.
ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG ACE – monitor for eSports

The flagship among compact gaming displays was created with the participation of professional e-sportsmen and tested in tournaments. This is the world’s first OLED monitor, originally designed specifically for competitive gaming.
The model is equipped with a 24.5-inch Tandem WOLED panel with Full HD resolution and an extreme refresh rate of 540 Hz. The response time is only 0.02 ms, which provides an almost instantaneous image response. The monitor is certified according to the VESA DisplayHDR 600 TrueBlack standard and is focused on maximum clarity even in the most dynamic scenes.
Additionally implemented:
- updated Quick OSD on-screen menu for fast eSports settings;
- special Esports Color Modes color profiles to adapt the image to competition scenarios;
- Redesigned rack ergonomics with measuring scales for precise position adjustment.
ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM is a universal display for games and work

The 32-inch ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM uses a Tandem RGB OLED panel and offers a flexible operating mode depending on the user’s tasks. Two main scenarios are available: 4K at 240 Hz for maximum detail or Full HD at 480 Hz for eSports smoothness.
The screen received a glossy TrueBlack Glossy coating, Dolby Vision technology and a professional level of color accuracy, which makes it equally suitable for both games and editing or working with graphics.
The set of interfaces includes USB-C with Power Delivery up to 90 W, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR20, which ensures compatibility with current and future gaming systems. The market launch of the monitor is expected at the beginning of the third quarter.
ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2026)

The new generation gaming laptop ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2026) in the top configuration is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 video card for laptops. The total power of the system reaches 320 W, which allows the device to cope not only with modern games, but also with difficult tasks in the field of content creation and AI computing.
The main visual feature was the 18-inch ROG Nebula HDR Mini LED panel with 4K resolution and 240 Hz frequency. ELMB technology is used to increase motion clarity, which reduces blur in dynamic scenes.
The laptop is also focused on the convenience of upgrading: instrumental access to components is implemented without tools, which simplifies the replacement of SSD and RAM. The system is complemented by branded Aura RGB lighting and new generation interfaces.
ROG Swift OLED Edition 20

The Jubilee gaming monitor is designed for two scenarios: eSports speed and maximum image smoothness. The user can switch between ultra-high refresh rate and high resolution modes depending on the task.
The new generation OLED panel provides improved brightness, extended color coverage and increased service life. Technologies of protection against burnout and intelligent control of brightness have also been implemented.
New ROG logic
The presented devices demonstrate the general trend of ROG — the movement towards specialized solutions for various scenarios: from e-sports to professional content production. At the same time, the focus on speed, stability and integration of new generation technologies remains key.
