Samsung Electronics Ukraine announces the launch of its new Galaxy series of foldable smartphones and the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and Watch9 smartwatches. The new Galaxy Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, Flip8, Watch Ultra2, and Watch9 are available at partner stores, on the official Samsung.com/ru website, and at Samsung Experience Stores. Pre-orders for the smartphones ran from July 22 to August 13, with official sales commencing on August 14.

Pre-orders for the new Galaxy series increased by more than 30% compared to the previous generation. Graphite was the most popular color for the Galaxy Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Fold8, while pink was the most popular choice for the Galaxy Flip8.

With the new Samsung Galaxy smartphones, users will receive a 6-month trial of Google AI Pro, including 5 TB of cloud storage, valued at UAH 5,459.94.

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and Galaxy Watch9 smartwatches will also receive a 60-day trial of Strava and two months of iFIT. These services will help you track your workouts directly from your watch and discover new sports and fitness features.

Buy the Samsung Galaxy Fold8 Ultra in Ukraine

The Galaxy Fold8 Ultra is Samsung’s new top-of-the-line foldable smartphone. It features an 8-inch main display, a 6.5-inch cover display, a 5,000 mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor. The main camera has a resolution of 200 MP, and the smartphone is only 4.1 mm thick when unfolded.

In Ukraine, the model is available in three configurations:

• 12/512 GB – UAH 99,999
• 16 GB/1 TB – UAH 117,999

Samsung also offers three colors: graphite, cream, and a deep purple exclusive to this model.

How much does the Samsung Galaxy Fold8 cost?

The Galaxy Fold8 is positioned as a lighter and more compact alternative to the Ultra. It has a 7.6-inch main screen and a 5.5-inch external display, weighs 201 grams and is equipped with a 4800 mAh battery. The main camera is 50 MP.

Three memory options are available in Ukraine:

• 12/512 GB – UAH 90,999
• 16 GB/1 TB – UAH 108,999

Samsung announced graphite, cream, and exclusive lavender colors for the Galaxy Fold8.

Samsung Galaxy Flip8

The Galaxy Flip8 is aimed at those who need a compact smartphone that takes up minimal space when folded. The model is equipped with a 4300 mAh battery and, according to Samsung, provides up to 31 hours of video playback. The main camera is 50 MP. Available colors include graphite, cream, and pink.

Prices in Ukraine:

• 12/512 GB – UAH 64,999

Thus, the Flip8 remains the most affordable model among Samsung’s new trio of foldable smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra2 in Ukraine

Along with the smartphones, Samsung has launched the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 on the Ukrainian market. This premium model features a titanium case, LTE connectivity, a 1.52-inch display with a peak brightness of up to 5000 nits, and an 800 mAh battery.

The watch supports IP69K, 10 ATM, and the EN13319 standard, making it suitable for open water activities and diving at depths of up to 40 meters.

The model is available in Titanium Gray and Titanium Silver at the official Samsung Experience Store in Ukraine. Price: UAH 32,999.

Samsung Galaxy Watch9

The Galaxy Watch9 is a more versatile model for everyday use. The watch tracks sleep, activity, recovery, and health metrics, and runs on the new Snapdragon Wear Elite platform.

The Watch9 is available in various sizes with Bluetooth or LTE support in Ukraine. The official Samsung Experience Store lists the following prices:

• Galaxy Watch9 40mm Bluetooth — from UAH 16,999
• Galaxy Watch9 44mm Bluetooth — UAH 18,299
• Galaxy Watch9 40mm LTE — UAH 19,199

The 44mm version with Bluetooth is available in graphite and silver.
