Oppo Pad Mini Leaks: A New High-End Contender in the Compact Tablet Market

Oppo is currently developing a new compact device dubbed the Pad Mini, according to insights from the well-known insider Digital Chat Station. This upcoming tablet is expected to feature a portable 8.8-inch display boasting a high refresh rate for smooth visuals.

Under the hood, the Oppo Pad Mini is rumored to be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, paired with a 13MP primary rear camera and an 8MP front-facing sensor. This move signals Oppo’s entry into the competitive high-end small tablet market in China, though global availability remains unconfirmed.

While the official launch date in China is still under wraps, the device is expected to be exceptionally thin. In terms of pricing, the Oppo Pad Mini will likely target the same bracket as the Huawei MatePad Mini.
