Nubia has introduced a new generation of its Flip3 foldable smartphone, in which the manufacturer has significantly updated the design, expanded the capabilities of the external screen and paid attention to the quality of the cameras.

The model has an internal 6.9-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2790×1188 pixels and a frequency of 120 Hz. The external screen has been increased to 4 inches – this is an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1200×1092 pixels, which occupies almost the entire area of the lid, except for the cutouts for the cameras. This format allows you to actively use the smartphone in the folded state, without opening it unnecessarily.

Inside, the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset works, complemented by 6 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. The smartphone comes with Android 15. The main camera consists of a 50-megapixel module and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, the front has a resolution of 32 MP.

A 4610 mAh battery with fast charging is responsible for autonomy. The model’s body is protected according to the IP54 standard. The thickness of the Flip3 when unfolded is 7.5 mm, and the weight is 187 g.

Sales in Japan are scheduled for mid-January 2026. The manufacturer has not yet disclosed the cost, but according to the declared parameters, the device is oriented towards the affordable segment.

Both panels have a peak brightness of up to 1800 nits and operate at a frequency of 120 Hz, which ensures smooth interaction with the interface and stable playback of dynamic content.

The Nubia Fold is powered by the previous-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, complemented by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The device runs Android 15. The camera unit includes two 50-megapixel modules – the main and ultra-wide – as well as a 5-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, 20 MP are provided on the external and internal screens, which allows you to conveniently shoot in any mode of use.
