It will become easier to share documents in the Diya application

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution on multi-sharing of documents in the Diya application. This will make it possible to share documents comprehensively and save time for both company employees and clients.

Now, to send such a set of documents, you need:

  • first send copies of digital documents through the application;
  • send copies of certificates separately.

To share copies of documents, it will be enough to make a few clicks in the application. The company sends a request, and the client confirms it using “Diya.Pidpis”, so he immediately sees the name of the institution, the list of necessary documents and knows to whom he is sending which copies.

After the launch of multisharing in Diya, it will be possible to share copies and data at once in a few clicks:

  • digital documents;
  • income certificates;
  • OK-5;
  • OK-7.
