Huawei introduced Smart Screen S7 X Pro: Mini-LED TVs up to 288 Hz with AI functions and game mode

Huawei has expanded the Vision Smart Screen line by introducing the Smart Screen S7 X Pro series – a set of relatively affordable Mini-LED TVs focused on both content viewing and gaming. Novelties received a high frequency of updates, advanced AI capabilities and integration into the HarmonyOS smart home ecosystem.
4K Mini-LED with high refresh rate and precise illumination
The basis of the Smart Screen S7 X Pro is a 4K Super Mini-LED panel with a refresh rate of up to 288 Hz, which makes the model one of the fastest in its class. The screen is equipped with a local dimming system of up to 1000 zones, which increases the contrast and detail of the image in dark scenes.
In addition, the AI-algorithm of automatic brightness adjustment is used, which adapts the image to external lighting and reduces the level of glare during viewing in various conditions.
Hardware platform and sound
The TV runs on Huawei’s proprietary processor running HarmonyOS 4.3, which provides integration with the manufacturer’s ecosystem and supports memory expansion for smoother multitasking.
A 2.1-channel audio system with a three-band architecture is responsible for the sound, capable of reproducing bass with a frequency of 60 Hz, which makes the model more versatile for movies, games and music.
Ultra-thin design and choice of diagonals
Huawei emphasized the minimalist design: the TV body is made in an ultra-thin form factor and is designed for tight wall mounting without gaps.
The line is available in three diagonal versions:
- 65 inches
- 75 inches
- 85 inches
AI functions and use cases
Smart Screen S7 X Pro supports a wide range of intelligent functions, including integration with Huawei’s smart home, wireless image transmission in 4K format, as well as entertainment and application scenarios.
Among the possibilities:
- AI fitness with activity tracking
- gesture control in games
- karaoke mode
- video calls
- remote monitoring at home
- child profile
The package includes a Smart Pointing remote that can control not only the TV, but also compatible devices in the ecosystem.
Prices and availability
Currently, the Smart Screen S7 X Pro series is only available in the Chinese market. Prices in conversion:
- 65” – about $870
- 75” – about $1,100
- 85” – about $1,520
Information about the global launch has not yet been revealed.
