Xiaomi has released a smart toothbrush with achievements for children

Xiaomi Mijia Kids Electric Toothbrush Pro

Xiaomi has announced a new children’s electric toothbrush Mijia Kids Electric Toothbrush Pro. The device is designed to make the process of brushing teeth more visual and interactive for children.

The novelty is equipped with a color display on which animations, tips and game tasks appear. The brush guides the child through the areas of the mouth, reminding to change the area every 30 seconds. After two minutes of brushing, a “reward” appears on the screen – a short animation or a virtual character.

Features

The accuracy of the work is provided by a six-axis motion sensor together with artificial intelligence algorithms. The system analyzes the trajectory and force of pressing, highlights missed areas and warns if the child brushes too quickly or too hard. Problem areas are highlighted on the screen in orange, which helps to develop the correct brushing technique.

Through Mijia, parents can create individual care plans, mark sensitive areas, track statistics and the child’s progress. The brush is integrated into the HyperOS ecosystem and works up to 90 days on a single charge.

The case is protected according to the IPX8 standard, the device is fully washable. There is a lock function for travel, and the kit includes anime-style stickers for personalizing the handle.

At the moment, the Xiaomi Mijia Kids Electric Toothbrush Pro is available as part of public testing in China. The price of the device has not yet been announced.
