OPPO has officially introduced its new imaging flagship, the Find X9 Ultra, announcing its expansion beyond China to international markets, including Europe. According to experts, the new device is primarily a high-end camera system and only secondarily a smartphone designed for the most demanding users.
Innovative display and hardware performance
The smartphone features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 3168 × 1440, and a peak brightness of 3600 nits. The screen supports Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid, is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and includes an under-display ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner.
At its core, the device is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It offers up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, running ColorOS 16 (based on Android 16). Modern connectivity standards are supported, including dual SIM, NFC, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, and GPS.

Battery life is handled by a revolutionary 7050 mAh Si-C battery. The device supports 100 W ultra-fast wired charging and 50 W wireless charging, ensuring long endurance with minimal charging time.
Revolutionary camera system with dual 200 MP setup
The standout feature of the Find X9 Ultra is its camera system developed in collaboration with Hasselblad. The main camera uses a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 sensor (1/1.12-inch, f/1.5) with optical image stabilization.

It is paired with a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens (OmniVision OV52A) offering 3x optical zoom. Additionally, the smartphone includes a 50 MP Samsung JNL telephoto camera with 10x zoom and sensor-shift optical stabilization, as well as a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 ultrawide camera. Video capabilities include 8K recording at 30 fps and 4K at 120 fps in 10-bit Log format using the new O-Log2 profile.

In the European Union, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra is available in Tundra Umber and Canyon Orange. The device weighs 236 g and is up to 9.1 mm thick. The starting price in the EU is €1,699 for the 12/512 GB version. For comparison, the base model in China is significantly cheaper at around $1,100.
