Samsung Galaxy M67 appeared on Geekbench: the return of the legendary Exynos 2200
09.07.26
An unannounced Samsung Galaxy M series smartphone was recently spotted in the Geekbench benchmark database as SM-M676K. The device attracted the attention of experts due to its unusual choice of processor: the new product is powered by Exynos 2200, which was previously the 2022 flagship solution for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S23 FE lines.

Technical characteristics of Samsung Galaxy M67
According to Geekbench, the SM-M676K model is based on the 4nm Exynos 2200 chipset. The processor uses a 1+3+4 core architecture with a maximum clock speed of 2.8 GHz. One of the key features of the SoC remains the Xclipse graphics chip based on the AMD RDNA2 architecture, which became the first mobile solution with hardware support for ray tracing.
During performance tests, the device showed the following results:
- Single-core test: 1,589 points.
- Multi-core test: 3,923 points.
The smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and runs on the latest Android 17 operating system, likely with One UI 8.5 on top.
Positioning features
Traditionally, the Galaxy M series shares key specifications with the Galaxy A series devices, but this may change with the M67. M series models are aimed at the Indian markets and some other Asian regions, and only some models enter the territory of Ukraine. At the moment, Samsung has not announced official data on the release date or cost of the device.
