Return of the Legends: Manli relaunches GeForce RTX 3060 and RTX 3050
14.06.26
The long-term shortage of video memory chips forces key technology vendors to resume the production of reliable solutions of the past years. The Manli company has officially announced the release of new versions of the GeForce RTX 3060 and GeForce RTX 3050 video cards based on the Ampere graphics microarchitecture, introduced back in 2020.
Reason for returning to the market
The main catalyst for such an unexpected market move was pragmatic economic expediency. Ampere crystals are produced on the basis of the well-developed and time-tested 8-nanometer (8N) technological process at Samsung facilities. Today, this technology guarantees a very high yield of good silicon wafers. As a result, the cost of the assembly is much cheaper compared to the advanced solutions of the new generation based on the architectures of Ada Lovelace or the future Blackwell.
The second critical argument was consumer demand. According to the official statistical measurements of the popular game service Steam, the RTX 3060 video card continues to hold the top spot and is the most popular graphics solution among players around the world. At the same time, its younger sister, represented by the RTX 3050, firmly established itself on the fourth line of this honorable rating.
Memory shortage as a driver of demand for previous GPU lines
The difficult market situation with the supply of modern video memory chips – especially the ultra-modern GDDR7 standard – has significantly raised the final cost price of current boards. The use of reliable and widely available GDDR6 video memory with speeds of 14 Gbit/s and 15 Gbit/s in the updated lines of the past years allows collectors to maintain a high margin rate and price stability. In turn, the more modern GeForce RTX 4060 video card requires faster and significantly more expensive components with indicators of 17 Gbps, and RTX 50 graphics adapters focus on premium high-speed chips.
Characteristics of updated video cards
Both presented novelties – GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Nebula Twin and the original GeForce RTX 3060 (marked M2521+N630) – are designed in full accordance with the original technical specifications and reference design of the NVIDIA Corporation. The developer deliberately did not equip boards with overclocking utilities and abandoned extreme factory overclocking in favor of energy efficiency and temperature stability. Novelties are positioned as the most simple working tools for ordinary gamers.
Design and key features
The design of the updated graphic tandem is developed with a bias towards minimalism. The devices use the proven configuration of a two-slot radiator with active blowing from two silent coolers.

The Manli GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Nebula Twin budget model is characterized by increased compactness and the absence of high requirements for computer power supplies.

The older Manli GeForce RTX 3060 (M2521+N630) video card will provide the necessary power for 1080p resolution at a stable frame rate, while the heat flow is completely dissipated by an optimized proprietary dual-cooler system.
Release date and price
The comeback project from the Manli brand is the first confirmed initiative to save the budget gaming sector in a period of acute shortage of parts. According to insider information, a whole group of major global collectors of computer hardware – represented by ASUS, Colorful, Galax and MSI – is preparing to urgently resume full-scale production of the proven classic RTX 3060 graphics card by July.
The price positioning of the revived chips almost exactly copies the price tags of the basic launch models. The estimated cost of the older Manli GeForce RTX 3060 adapter on the market is from $299.99. The initial price barrier for the purchase of a younger device in the form of a Manli GeForce RTX 3050 is fixed at $239.99.
The first batches of video cards are already aimed at the markets of Asia, the Middle East and a number of European countries. In addition, Manli products are officially presented through Ukrainian distribution networks.
