New Hisense A10 smartphone: E-Ink display and unique detachable screen
12.07.26
Hisense has officially unveiled the Hisense A10, a new smartphone featuring a monochrome E-Ink display that stands out in the market with its detachable secondary screen option. This device offers a flexible approach to using portable technology.
What is Hisense A10
Hisense A10 is a dedicated smartphone where the main focus is on the electronic ink (E-Ink) screen. The main feature of the new product is the secondary display: unlike the competitor Bigme Hibreak Dual 2, in this model an additional color LCD panel is attached to the back cover of the device using magnets. This allows the user to choose whether he needs an additional screen at a particular moment or whether using the smartphone as a standard reader is enough.
Technical characteristics and capabilities
The main screen of the smartphone has a diagonal of 6.13 inches with E-Ink technology. According to reports, the device is equipped with a powerful 8-core processor made using a 4nm process technology. Insiders suggest that we are talking about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is capable of handling high loads.
Specific features and availability
According to insider Experience More, a magnetic color display will most likely not be included in the standard package of the smartphone, but will become an accessory that will have to be purchased separately. For reference: similar magnetic displays, such as Vamvo, are available on the market for about $46.99 (about 1950 hryvnia).
Device cost
The expected price of Hisense A10 in the Chinese market is 3999 yuan. In terms of Ukrainian currency, this is about 24,500 hryvnia ($590). For now, many specifications remain confidential.
