Monsters of autonomy: OnePlus Turbo 6X and 6X Pro with batteries up to 8000 mAh and IP69K protection
12.06.26
The catalog of the company OnePlus has officially been replenished with a pair of remarkable mobile devices – the Turbo 6X and its advanced version, the Turbo 6X Pro. The developers managed to combine in the new products record autonomy, increased tightness of the case according to military standards and displays with a flagship frame rate while maintaining the most democratic price tag.
Both presented smartphones are designed for users who appreciate durability, high speed and unparalleled work time without recharging. The brand’s engineers solved the original problem of fast-discharging gadgets by introducing modern high-density power elements inside rather compact and light cases.
Technical characteristics of OnePlus Turbo 6X

The basic version of the OnePlus Turbo 6X has excellent ergonomics and a balanced “iron”:
- Screen: 6.72-inch liquid crystal LCD display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. An excellent feature was support for a special click detection mode, which allows you to easily control the display with wet hands or thick gloves.
- Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Super 4-nanometer octa-core processor.
- Battery: The capacity is 7000 mAh with support for fast wired charging protocols with a power of 45 W.
- Cameras: The main dual camera is built around a 50MP main sensor and a simple 2MP secondary sensor. The front selfie camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels.
- Security and design: The smartphone received the official IP64 dust and water splash protection certificate.
- Memory versions: Comes in versions with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of permanent storage.
The smartphone can be purchased in three different color solutions – classic strict black, pure white and a gentle mint shade.
Features of the advanced OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro

Unlike the basic version, the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro received uncompromising display specifications and a truly unkillable body:
- Screen: The smartphone is equipped with a premium 6.78-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED screen. The panel works in ultra-high resolution of 1.5K with an adaptive scan of 144 Hz. The record level of peak brightness reaches 6500 nits (in HDR content display mode), which amazes the imagination.
- Processor: The heart of the hardware platform is the more nimble Dimensity 7400 Super processor, made according to the 4 nm technological process.
- Battery: Giant 8000 mAh battery, equipped with a powerful 80W power adapter for ultra-fast charging.
- Cameras: The rear module consists of a main 50-megapixel matrix with the function of hardware optical stabilization (OIS) for clear photos on the go and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. The front lens offers a sensor with a resolution of 16 MP.
- Military-grade protection: The smartphone is completely waterproof thanks to multi-level standards IP66, IP68, IP69 and tough IP69K. The device also withstood rigorous tests and easily passed a series of seven independent military durability and survivability tests.
OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro is offered to buyers in two colors: restrained black, as well as a spectacular sports orange version.
Model similarity and interfaces
Wired and wireless communication in both devices is implemented identically. They guarantee fast communication in fifth-generation 5G networks, are equipped with a high-quality NFC chip for making payments without physical bank cards, support the operation of modern Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth version 5.4 protocols. The usual USB-C 2.0 interface is used as a system connector for data transfer and connecting the charging unit. Right out of the box, the devices come with the fresh ColorOS 16 software, designed on top of the Android 16 platform.
Release date and price
At the moment, these smartphones are officially available at retail only in the Chinese market. The availability of an international version of the devices by the manufacturer OnePlus has not yet been announced as part of this announcement.
For the home region, the cost of the OnePlus Turbo 6X starts at $280 in the equivalent of the national currency for the basic package of internal memory and RAM.
The price threshold for the purchase of the premium version of the non-killing OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro is set at an attractive mark of $295 for the starting amount of ROM/RAM.
