How much do Ukrainian streamers earn on Twitch?

Twitch

In the fourth quarter of 2025, viewer spending on Ukrainian-language channels on the Twitch platform reached almost 10 million hryvnias. This data is provided in a new report by the analytical company Streams Charts, which studied the performance of the 500 most popular channels in this language segment.

Growth in subscription costs

Subscriptions remain one of the most common ways to support streamers on the platform. For users from Ukraine, the base cost of such a subscription is about 43.19 hryvnias per month. It is this level that forms the bulk of the market: it accounts for about 95% of all subscriptions in the Ukrainian-language segment.

Higher-level subscriptions, as well as the Prime format, which is more common among users in the US, occupy only about 5% of the total.

Almost 30 million hryvnias per year

According to Streams Charts, throughout 2025, viewers spent almost 30 million hryvnias on subscriptions to Ukrainian-language channels. At the same time, the fourth quarter was the most active – the volume of spending reached 9.97 million hryvnias, which was the highest figure for the year.

The study took into account only the 500 most popular channels. Moreover, the audience of such streamers may be not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries where there are Ukrainian-speaking viewers.

Streamers’ income from subscriptions

The analysts also tried to estimate how much content creators earn directly from subscriptions. The report does not disclose the names of specific channels, nor does it take into account other sources of income — such as advertising integrations, affiliate programs, or donations, which often form a significant part of streamers’ earnings.

However, the most popular channels can earn about 55,000 to 78,000 hryvnias per month from basic subscriptions. According to Streams Charts, there are relatively few such streamers: to reach this level, an audience of at least 1,500 paid subscribers is required.
