ASUS presents innovative ProArt computers

At Computex 2026, ASUS presented one of the most ambitious updates to the ProArt line in recent years. The manufacturer announced several devices of the new generation at once – laptops ProArt P16 and ProArt P14, as well as a compact desktop computer ProArt Mini PC. All novelties are built on the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform and are focused on working with local AI models, generative services and professional tools for content creation.

In fact, ASUS is betting on a new category of devices where artificial intelligence becomes not an additional function, but a central element of the entire architecture.

NVIDIA RTX Spark: a bet on local artificial intelligence

The key feature of the new ProArt was the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform, which the company calls the foundation for the era of personal AI agents. It is based on a new superchip that combines the NVIDIA Blackwell RTX graphics architecture and the NVIDIA Grace processor through the high-speed NVLink-C2C interface.

The configuration includes 6144 CUDA cores, fifth-generation tensor blocks with support for FP4 calculations and a full set of proprietary NVIDIA technologies, including CUDA, RTX, DLSS, TensorRT, OptiX, Reflex and G-SYNC.

According to ASUS and NVIDIA, such systems are capable of providing up to 1 petaflops of computing performance in artificial intelligence tasks – a figure that until recently was associated exclusively with data centers and specialized servers.

Up to 128 GB of single memory and launching models for 120 billion parameters

One of the main features of the platform is a unified memory of up to 128 GB. In contrast to the classic scheme for dividing RAM and video memory, resources here are distributed dynamically depending on the load.

Such an approach allows you to run much larger AI models directly on a local device without resorting to cloud services.

ASUS claims the new systems are capable of:

  • work with language models up to 120 billion parameters;
  • support context window up to 1 million tokens;
  • generate 4K video using AI;
  • render 3D scenes larger than 90 GB;
  • edit professional video content up to 12K 4:2:2 format.

ProArt P16 and P14: slim laptops for designers and developers

Despite the serious computing stuffing, the new laptops kept the focus on mobility.

The updated ProArt P16 is 13% thinner and 16% lighter than the previous generation. The cases are manufactured using high-precision CNC processing and are available in two colors: the classic Nano Black and the new Neo White.

Both models are equipped with ASUS Lumina Pro OLED OLED displays with professional color rendering and a Delta E deviation of less than 1.

For the older version of P16, it is provided:

  • resolution up to 4K;
  • 120 Hz refresh rate;
  • VRR support;
  • NVIDIA G-SYNC technology;
  • brightness up to 1600 nits.

The P14 model received a screen with a resolution of up to 3K, retaining similar capabilities for working with graphics and video editing.

In addition, laptops are equipped with batteries with a capacity of up to 99.9 Wh, which should ensure full autonomous operation during the day even for resource-intensive tasks.

Miniature workstation with data center power

The new ProArt Mini PC deserves special attention.

The computer received a case measuring only 150×150×51 mm, but inside it was placed the RTX Spark platform with the same level of AI performance – up to 1 petaflops.

The device is designed for developers, machine learning specialists and content creators who need local computing without using bulky workstations.

Despite its compact size, the mini PC offers:

  • up to 128 GB of combined memory;
  • support for M.2 PCIe Gen5 x4 drives;
  • 10Gb Ethernet network interface;
  • cooling system with heat pack up to 140 W.

Essentially, ASUS is trying to bring the capabilities of professional AI servers into a form factor that can easily be placed on a desktop.

Adobe and more than a thousand optimized programs

Along with the hardware part, ASUS is actively developing the software ecosystem.

The company claims that more than 1,000 applications have already been adapted to work with the new platform. The list includes solutions from Adobe, Blackmagic Design, Blender, CapCut, ComfyUI, OTOY and other developers.

Special attention is paid to cooperation with Adobe. The manufacturer claims that Photoshop and Premiere undergo deep optimization for RTX Spark, which will allow to accelerate the work of graphics and AI functions by about two times compared to current solutions.

Buyers of the new devices will also receive a three-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud.

The devices presented at Computex 2026 demonstrate how ASUS sees the next stage of the development of personal computers. If earlier AI tools mainly worked through the cloud, now manufacturers are trying to transfer basic calculations directly to the device.

Thanks to the RTX Spark platform, ProArt notebooks and mini PCs are able to run large language models, generate content and perform complex creative tasks locally, without constant connection to remote servers.

The appearance of such systems may become one of the most noticeable technological trends in the coming years, especially against the background of the rapid growth of the market for personal AI assistants and autonomous intelligent agents.
