Logitech novelties in Ukraine: review of G305 X Superlight mouse and G316 X 98 keyboard

Logitech is updating its popular G3 gaming line. Two interesting devices have become available in Ukraine: a Logitech G305 X Superlight wireless gaming mouse and a Logitech G316 X 98 mechanical keyboard. These novelties are designed to complement the A3 gaming ecosystem, expanding the capabilities of the already presented G325 Lightspeed headset.

Logitech G305 X Superlight Gaming Mouse: key features

The G305 X Superlight is designed with an emphasis on performance and minimal weight. The mouse weighs only 59 grams, which makes it very comfortable for intensive gaming sessions. Basic technical data include:

• Hero 44K sensor: resolution from 100 to 44,000 DPI.
• Tracking speed: over 678 IPS.
• Connectivity: Lightspeed technology (wireless), Bluetooth and wired connection via USB-C.
• Autonomy: more than 130 hours of operation from a single charge, while just a two-minute recharge adds 3.5 hours of use.
• Additionally: the possibility of using a Pro Lightspeed receiver to increase the polling frequency to 8 kHz.

Mechanical keyboard Logitech G316 X 98

The second novelty is aimed at demanding users. The G316 X 98 offers a number of flagship features including:

• Technical parameters: a polling frequency of 8 kHz and a response time of only 0.125 ms.
• Construction: snap-fit gasket type for improved key sound and tactile feedback.
• Customization: support for “hot-swap” switches and high-quality PBT keycaps.
• Functionality: LED dot-matrix display, control wheel for multimedia and backlight, Lightsync RGB backlight with 30 customizable zones.

Software and pricing

Both devices are fully supported in the proprietary Logitech G HUB software, where macros, brightness and backlight behavior can be adjusted in detail. Devices are available in two colors: black and white. Information about prices in Ukraine is presented in the table below:
