The Meizu Watch M1 smart watch was a surprise comeback for the well-known Chinese technology brand, which returned to the market of wearable accessories after a five-year hiatus. The presentation was held without pompous presentations and expensive shows, but the novelty immediately captured the interest of buyers.

The Meizu Watch M1 model is aimed at lovers of a concise and practical style. The handheld device has an elegant square body with curved edges, framed by a stylish metal frame. For ease of control, a contrasting control element is provided – a bright wheel (accent physical button-crown) of red color, which stands out harmoniously against the general strict background of the device.

The heart of the inner filling is performance-optimized hardware that combines built-in heart rate fitness sensors, activity monitoring and real-time movement. Stable communication with a smartphone is ensured by a well-thought-out double wireless Bluetooth connection, which helps to comfortably talk to contacts on the go, control music playback and control the camera shutter.

  • Display: touch-sensitive rounded 2.01-inch AMOLED screen with a sharp resolution of 410 x 502 pixels. The excellent peak brightness indicator reaches the level of 1000 nits, the dense curved tempered 2.5D glass is responsible for protecting the matrix.
  • Monitoring range: heart rate tracking sensors (pulse meter) and movement activity (accelerometer).
  • Wireless standards: Dual-Bluetooth module.
  • Strength and isolation: fully confirmed protection class of the case according to IP68 standards, which prevents the harmful effects of splashes, jets and penetration of dust particles.
  • Battery charge and autonomous cycle: Li-ion 300 mAh capacity battery provides about five full working days of normal daily use of the gadget, and the economic standby mode is able to extend the watch for 15 days. Charging the battery takes 2 hours from the included specialized docking station on a convenient magnetic mount.
  • Performance and appearance: elegant silver chassis with versatile black perforated hypoallergenic bracelet made of durable matte silicone.

The smart assistant Meizu Watch M1 is designed to accompany users in all aspects of training and lifestyle:

  • A wide range of sports has been adapted, including more than a hundred areas of physical training: interval training on simulators at home, fast running on the highway, regular cycling, hiking classic tourism from the hills and other disciplines.
  • Continuous tracking of calories burned, heart rate in 24/7 mode and control over the quality of the wearer’s sleep phases.
  • A tool for preventive monitoring of the general menstrual cycle and accompanying women’s health.
  • Tactical alerts that will warn a person about a lack of fluid and remind that it is time to stretch after a long stay in a stationary position.

Meizu Watch M1

Today, the long-awaited stylish novelty debuted locally and is now fully sold in the Celestial Empire. The official world premiere of the accessory and the launch of sales are still in development at the stage of coordinating schedules.

For the home region, the official declared price is approximately UAH 1,850 ($45).
