In Telegram you can now share your smartphone screen in group calls
17.06.21
Several useful features have been added to the beta version of Telegram. They relate to the broadcast of content from the device display and the design of the background of chats.
Thus, Telegram 7.8 Beta users can show their smartphone screen or broadcast video during group calls. To test the function you need to name the chat #vid. After this, options for setting up recording or screen sharing will appear in the group settings. The video will only be displayed to those users who also have the beta version of the application installed.
We also added an animated chat background. It changes color as you type messages. You can enable this feature in the application appearance settings. Unfortunately, it is not yet known when all these innovations will appear in the stable version of Telegram.
